  Kelly Bechard has been a member of Canadaâs last two world championship winning teams and the last three Four-Nations Cup squads. A former provincial champion in badminton, she started playing hockey at age five because her uncle was the coach and there werenât enough boys to make up a team in Sedley, Sask. She is currently studying management at the University of Calgary and ambitions to works in sports administration to help amateur athletes reach their goals.

Feb. 19: Canada def. Finland 7-3 in semifinal play, advancing to Thursday's final against the U.S.
Feb. 16: Canada def. Sweden 11-0, raising record to 3-0 in Group A of preliminary round.
Feb. 13: Canada defeated Russia 7-0, raising record to 2-0 in Group A of preliminary round.
Feb. 11: Canada opened preliminary round with a 7-0 win over Kazakhstan.
