Bjoerndalen wins fourth gold medal
 MIDWAY, Utah (AP) -- Just a short distance from his home in the Norwegian countryside, Ole Einar Bjoerndalen spotted a strip of snow. It was exactly what he had been searching for on this winter day.
 Bjoerndalen, then 13, ran back to the family farm, jumped in his father's tractor and returned to the only bit of snow hidden from the sun during an unusually warm stretch of the season. He carved two perfectly even tracks into the 200-meter patch, making himself a cross-country course.

Norwegian goes for fourth gold medal
 MIDWAY, Utah (AP) -- Ole Einar Bjoerndalen made Olympic history with three gold medals at these Winter Games -- and he's not done.
 The Norwegian wants to make it four, moving him into a much more elite group.

Germany dominates biathlon relay
 MIDWAY, Utah (AP) -- Thanks to Uschi Disl's strong skiing legs and Andrea Henkel's precise shooting eye, Germany confirmed its status as the world's best women's biathlon team.
 Quickly making up time after a bad first leg, the favored Germans won their second straight gold medal in the 30-kilometer relay on Monday.
