Erica Witter posted a personal best time in the 100-metres at the Olympic
trials clocking 11.53 for fourth place and a spot on the 4X100 relay. She
holds the University of Tennessee freshman indoor record in the 200 metres
at 23.82 seconds. She competed at the 1997 Francophone Games in Madagascar
in the 200, 4x100 and 4x400. Witter donates time to underprivileged
children and developing youth organizations.
